Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location:
    • Canada: 3-7 business days
    • United States: 5-10 business days
    • International: 10-20 business days (varies by country)

Shipping Rates

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over $75 USD. Flat rate of $6.99 USD for orders below $50.
  • USA: Free shipping on orders over $95 USD. Flat rate of $9.99 USD for orders below $75.
  • International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
